A simple and quick recipe, prepared in just 20 minutes!
What is Celeriac?
Celeriac is a root vegetable closely related to celery. This vegetable is crunchy, like a carrot, with a subtle celery flavour, less-watery which goes well with the sweetness of carrots.
Celery root is a healthy vegetable with multiple benefits for metabolism. The minerals contained in celery help balance the internal pH and reduce acidity in the body, among many other benefits.
Why Greek Yoghurt?
Greek yoghurt is an excellent source of calcium, contains probiotics, which support a healthy bacterial balance in the gut.
The difference between the regular yoghurt and Greek yoghurt is that the latest is a thicker, creamier yoghurt with twice the protein content. Greek yoghurt is strained three times, so most of the liquid is removed.
