How to Make Greek Yoghurt Celeriac Chicken Salad

2. Cook your chicken breast however you prefer: grilled, baked, or boiled. Once the chicken is cooked and cooled, chop it into bite-sized pieces. Chop the walnuts.
3. Grate the vegetables, then add the cubed chicken and walnuts. Mix well. For extra flavor and to prevent browning, drizzle the grated apples with a bit of lemon juice to keep them fresh.

Ingredients
1 mid-sized celeriac
1 large carrot
2 apples
100g walnuts, chopped
1 large chicken breast
150g-200g Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Juice from 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
Salt and pepper, to taste
To Serve
Red onion, thinly sliced
Celery leaves, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped
Avocado, sliced
Method
Prepare the Vegetables & Fruits
